Here at Affinity IPL we use only the very best equipment and products so you get excellent results. Our spray tanning equipment and solutions are no exception to this rule!

Your spray tan will be applied by a qualified technician in the comfort of our permanent spray tan pod which is fitted with extractor fans so you have a cleaner, more breathable friendly and enjoyable experience.

Questions and Answers:

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO MY TANNING SESSION?

• Thoroughly exfoliate your skin the night before, paying particular attention to knees, elbows, heals etc.
• Hair removal should be done at least 24 hours prior to your session.
• If possible shower just prior to your session.
• Do not wear any moisturiser, deodorant or make-up to your session.
• Make sure you are wearing dark and loose clothing.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER MY TANNING SESSION?

• Wear dark and loose clothing so rubbing will not occur which may affect the end result of your tan.
• Do not shower for 2-8 hours after your session. This will depend on the solution applied for your session.
(eg: flash 2 hr tan) We will advise you.
• Do not exercise before you shower as perspiration may also affect your end result.
• Use a SLS (sodium laurel sulphate) FREE body wash.
• Moisturise your skin daily to extend the longevity of your tan.

HOW LONG WILL MY TAN LAST?

• This will depend on a number of things. Your skin type, the product used and what you do to help maintain your results. Your tan should last between 5-10 days depending on these factors. You can extend the life of your tan by using tan extenders which are available here.
